At Saasland.ca, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our digital services. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below:

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied.

2. Refund Eligibility

As we provide digital software services, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (PayPal or Bank Account) within 5-10 business days. Please contact support@saasland.ca to initiate a request.
